Sims Limited is seeking a hands-on Team Leader - OLRP to manage day-to-day activities at our recycling facility in Australia. You will lead by example, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in sorting and processing ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
You’ll operate or learn to operate a range of mobile plant and equipment, including excavators and forklifts, while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.
