Talent Acquisition Partner - Early Childhood Education

This is a quick-paced, high-volume internal recruitment role responsible for attracting and placing exceptional Centre Directors, Assistant Directors, ECTs, Educational Leaders, Room Leaders and Educators across new and existing services. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while proactively building talent pipelines to support the group's continued national growth.

Key responsibilities

- Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across multiple centres
- Lead recruitment campaigns for new centre openings across Australia
- Recruit leadership, ECT, Room Leader and Educator positions
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
- Build strong talent pipelines for upcoming centre launches
- Partner with Operations and Centre Leadership to understand workforce requirements
- Screen and interview candidates and manage offers and pre-employment requirements
- Develop strategies for hard-to-fill roles and locations
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting through the ATS/CRM
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process





About you

- Previous internal recruitment experience within a childcare/early childhood education group is essential
- Proven experience in internal Talent Acquisition within the childcare sector
- Strong knowledge of the Australian early childhood employment market
- Experience recruiting Centre Directors, ECTs, Room Leaders and Educators
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting new centre openings or rapid organisational growth is highly regarded
- A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
