About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join a friendly, patient-focused general practice in Corio. This casual role will support our GPs and broader practice team in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality primary care. The successful candidate will be organised, confident in general practice nursing and able to work both independently within their scope of practice and collaboratively with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

- Assist GPs with clinical procedures and day-to-day patient care

- Provide wound care and dressing management

- Support immunisation clinics and cold-chain processes within scope and relevant authorisation

- Assist with health assessments, and preventive health activities

- Perform observations, and other general practice nursing tasks within scope

- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control and practice protocols

- Contribute positively to a supportive and respectful team workplace

- Assist with general administrative duties when required.





About you

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

- Previous nursing experience in an Australian general practice is strongly preferred

- Current CPR certification; immunisation qualifications or experience will be highly regarded

- Sound understanding of infection prevention, privacy and patient safety

- Strong communication, time-management and teamwork skills

- Experience using Best Practice software is desirable

- Current police check and evidence of required vaccinations, or willingness to provide them
