- ability to work under pressure at a consistently fast pace in a very busy setting- this is a busy kitchen so only apply if you can handle the pressure
- experience in commercial kitchen is an advantage- training provided
- ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week- up to 10.30pm including a Friday or Saturday evening (or both)
- must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved
- tasks include but not limited to, washing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, basic use of fryer and grill, organising recycling and rubbish removal, mopping floors, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment
- THESE ARE ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS WITH JUNIOR PAY RATES ACCORDING TO NATIONAL AWARD
