TOCLA - The Open Corporate Lobby of Australia (Name subject to change) is an emerging initiative focused on rethinking how companies interact with society. Our Non-For-Profit organisation challenges traditional corporate models that foster greed, inequality, inefficiency, stagnation, and exploitation, and instead advocates for and creates businesses that are accountable to the communities they serve. We are at corporate war.

Our sole purpose is to design and support organisational structures that operate as an integral part of society rather than as isolated entities. Members contribute to building practical frameworks and strategies that align corporate activity with social well-being and long-term sustainability. We believe that to make highly successful companies require our morals anyway, we will have our cake and eat it too.

REQUIREMENTS AND DISCLOSURE:

In our flat hierarchy, Membership (you and me), is not for the feint hearted nor is the "position" standard at all. You will identify and develop recent initiatives, ventures, companies, and partnerships that support our focused business models that win in all domains e.g. morality, longevity, innovation, efficiency, financially, rule breaking, etc...

- If money is all you are after, respectfully, please close this application and have an incredible day . Being paid a wage is obviously something you will receive soon, but initially the primary motivation should be to be how this could integrate with your life legacy,



being able to say "I was there at the beginning" to your grand kids should be your primary motivation.
- We are going to be building, funding, and influencing companies, using any and all means (limited by our morals obviously). This is your focus.
- No guarantee of success or longevity of this initiative. Simultaneously TOCLA is a NFP and requires effectively nothing to run at its lowest point, effectively TOCLA will never shut its doors.
- Membership is a spectrum, membership can be anything from receiving the email newsletter to running the entire TOCLA organisation, it is up to you what level you wish to engage. The lowest 'level' of membership is free and requires nothing.
- Any and all ideas/contributions are going to be rightfully accredited to the originator (you will receive public credit for your ideas). Be ready for what this could mean for you.
- The work we do will have disproportionate positive effects on industries across Australia and likely Internationally. Be ready for this fact and what it could mean for you.
- You likely will be tasked with running a company or some other major undertaking (obviously TOCLA will mitigate the potential downsides of these undertakings, you will be protected.)
