With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across the Environmental Services division, our client are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare competitive tenders and cost plans for a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Australia.

Working from the East Rockingham office, you will play a key role in securing major projects by developing accurate estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, identifying project risks and opportunities, and contributing to winning tender strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to work on technically challenging projects while building a long-term career within a major national contractor.

? Key Requirements:

- Experience estimating civil, remediation, demolition, environmental or construction projects
- Robust understanding of tendering, cost planning and estimating processes
- Experience reviewing tender documentation and developing pricing strategies
- Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, cost plans and detailed estimates
- Experience obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to identify project risks, opportunities and alternative construction methodologies




- Experience working with estimating software such as CostX, Benchmark, Expert Estimation or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card required
