- Duties greeting attendees
- Providing general information about events
- Directing attendees to event locations
- Answering general questions regarding facilities
- Tracking numbers
- Reporting to volunteer manager open program
- CUSTOMER SERVICE – VICTORIAN REGIONAL DESIGN FAIR, NYAAL BANYUL
- Duties greeting attendees
- Providing general information about areas of the fair & stalls
- Directing attendees to areas of the fair and stalls
- Keeping an eye on stalls (security will also be on hand)
- Answering general questions regarding facilities
- Tracking numbers
- Reporting to volunteer manager fair

POP UP SHOP ASSISTANT: VICTORIAN REGIONAL DESIGN FAIR, NYAAL BANYUL

- Greeting attendees
- Providing assistance with POS – will train
- Some experience with POS helpful
- Restocking shelves (products underneath)
- Keeping an eye on shelves running low
- Some other basic assistance to Creative City staff




- Reporting to Design Fair Pop Up Shop managers

EVENT SET UP ASSISTANT: VICTORIAN REGIONAL DESIGN FAIR, NYAAL BANYUL

- Some manual assistance delivering and putting up banners
- Some manual assistance moving trolleys assisting production crew as needed
- “Runner/delivery” duties
- Reporting to Fair Production Coordinator
- N.B a reasonable level of health and fitness is required
- Lifting of up to 15kg may be required
- EVENT SET UP ASSISTANT GENERAL – OPEN PROGRAM
- Some manual assistance delivering and putting up banners
- Some manual assistance moving trolleys as required
- “Runner/delivery” duties as required
- Reporting to Open Program production/volunteer coordinator
- N.B a reasonable level of health and fitness is required
- Lifting of up to 15kg may be required
