We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required.

If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speaking with existing supporters
- Having positive and qualified conversations
- Building rapport and creating a positive experience
- Following clear systems and processes
- Developing valuable communication skills

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience to apply. We’re looking for people who bring:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales can be beneficial, but it’s not essential.

Your Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off and a long weekend every second week.
