About the Role:

As our Bartender, Cafe Barista, or Mixologist, you’ll be the heartbeat of the event bar, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering seamless service that delights and surprises guests. Your expert knowledge of spirits, mixology trends,



or coffee and presentation will be essential in creating a memorable drinks experience that complements our innovative food and event styling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, coffees and other beverages with precision and flair

- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, professional, and entertaining bar experience

- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth setup, operation, and pack-down of bar service

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a bartender, barista and/or mixologist in premium hospitality or high-end event settings

- Exceptional knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and current mixology trends

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and impress guests
- A polished, professional appearance and attitude

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity

- RSA

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied event schedules
