We're not your average Sydney-based hospitality group. We're all about shaking things up with our diverse brands, from our premium events business Cook & Waiter, to Food Rascal where we partner with like minded organisations to provide their in-house workplace hospitality catering experiences, to our fresh-out-of-the-oven Rascal Bakehouse, and new Sydney venue Saltbox.

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, well-presented Event Waiters, Food Runners, and Restaurant/Senior Waiters and Supervisors to join us for our upcoming events season and there are also roles ongoing. If you’ve got great vibes, sharp service skills,



and love working where no two gigs are the same – we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver smooth, polished service at exclusive events—think luxe boardroom lunches, sit-down dinners, high-end cocktail style events, outdoor premium and major events…and beyond
- Work alongside our talented crew to create seamless, memorable guest experiences
- Stay sharp and adaptable, because every event has its own vibe and pace
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a smile to every guest interaction
- Help set up and pack down the event space as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous Waitstaff experience in restaurant, hospitality or event waiting, ideally in premium or high-end settings
- We also have entry level Food Runner roles for people with the right attitude wanting their first step in hospitality events.
- Impeccable presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- A team player who thrives in rapid-paced, dynamic environments
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in wherever needed
