- Trade qualification in refrigeration/air conditioning – current ARCtick licence essential
- Several years’ hands-on experience in AC install and service
- Proven ability to self-manage in office with minimal supervision
- Strong fault-finding skills and sound judgement
- Current driver’s licence
- Takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect
