Established in 2014, Bear Claw has grown into a leading concreting and civil construction business delivering projects across commercial, civil, residential, infrastructure and Defence sectors. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, a strong safety culture, and a team-first approach A major infrastructure project is kicking off in Exmouth, WA — and Bear Claw is building the crew that will deliver it.

The Opportunity:

- $50.82–$53.00/hr + applicable penalty rates
- 11-hour days
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off
- 18–24 months of project work
- FIFO Perth to Exmouth
- Flights, accommodation and meals provided
- Mobilising soon

Who We're Looking For:

- Experienced Concreters
- Formworkers / Carpenters
- Experienced Steel Fixers

Trade qualified? Excellent. No formal qualification but you've got solid concreting or steel fixing experience? We still want to hear from you.

Multi-skilled candidates are highly regarded, particularly those holding additional HRWL tickets such as EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Forklift, Boom Pump or Crane.





ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience in concreting, formwork or steel fixing
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role

All successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening. All positions are subject to a 3-month probationary period.

Rates shown include applicable $8.00/hr site and tool allowances. Final rate is based on position, experience and qualifications. Overtime and applicable penalty rates are paid in addition.
