MW Civil are urgently seeking expression of interests from experienced Mobile Plant Operators (Dozer, Excavator, Grader, Loader) for ongoing civils projects across regional WA, with a strong pipeline of work in the Pilbara.

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your machine experience, duties may include:

Dozer Operators (D6 – D10):

- Mixing and conditioning materials (Pilbara experience highly regarded)

- Final trim and finishing work

- Bulk push and site preparation

- Rehabilitation experience

- Steep Terrain works

Grader Operators:

- Final trim and finishing work (Pilbara conditions)

- Road construction and maintenance

- GPS Experience essential

Excavator Operators (17T ):

- Building pads and foundations

- Batters, trenching, and detailed earthworks

- Breaking down materials and site prep

- Lifting operations

Loader Operators:

- Loading Moxy trucks efficiently

- Managing stockpiles and material handling

- Working with a grader on road construction

- Conditioning fill

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience operating machinery (minimum 5 years)

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating mobile plant equipment in mine site environments





- Current mining industry certifications and tickets must be held at time of application

- Demonstrated experience on
- Dozers (D6 – D10 range)

- Excavators 17T and above (where applicable)

- CAT Grader running Trimble

- Strong understanding of Pilbara conditions and standards

- Demonstrated ability in

- Road construction

- Material conditioning

- Final trim / detailed work

- Relevant tickets / licenses for machinery

- Current Driver's License

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Rio Tinto and BHP experience preferred

- Location: Pilbara

- Rate: From $65/Hour - to be discussed upon application
