A well-established real estate agency in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking an experienced and solutions focused Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties, with support from an experienced Team Leader.

This prospect is suitable for an experienced Property Managers with 3+ years of experience in VIC will be considered.

About the Role:

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.

This is an end-to-end Property Management role, where you will have ownership of your portfolio while being supported by a collaborative and easy-going team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinating routine inspections and property condition reports
- Managing maintenance requests and liaising with trades
- Handling lease renewals and rental reviews
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Preparing and attending VCAT matters when required
- Ensuring all properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
- Managing your portfolio from end to end

About You To be successful in this role:

- Previous end-to-end Property Management experience
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent eligibility




- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Experience using PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate and/or Inspection Express will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
