Who We Are A Team Earthmoving has been building Brisbane's homes from the ground up since 1988. We're a family-run business with a reputation built on showing up, doing the job right, and backing our people.

We run a modern fleet across Brisbane Metro — 1–14 tonne excavators, bobcats, pozis, and trucks — working predominantly in residential earthmoving: pool excavations, site cuts, screw pier installations, and bulk earthworks for builders and developers.

We're growing, and we're looking for operators who want to be part of something.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating excavators (1–14t), bobcats, pozis, and associated plant
- Residential pool excavations, site cuts, and limited access work across Brisbane Metro
- Working alongside a crew that takes pride in the job
- Representing A Team on site — professionally, every day

What We're Looking For

- HR licence (mandatory)
- Excavator and/or bobcat operating experience - This is not a junior position
- Brisbane-based with your own transport to Browns Plains depot
- Someone who aligns with how we work (more on that below)
