We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Coordinator to oversee facility operations, maintenance services, and cleaning activities while ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-presented workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
- Monitor facilities budgets and assist with cost control initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Support the preparation of operational and maintenance reports, including tracking service performance and expenditure.
- Coordinate subcontractors, service providers,



and maintenance contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance, cleaning, and compliance issues.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on facility services and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor service delivery against contractual requirements, KPIs, and workplace standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, facility performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Raise and track purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate facilities records.
- Oversee cleaning operations, ensuring cleaning schedules, quality standards, and consumable stock levels are effectively managed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service outcomes.
- Assist with audits, workplace health and safety requirements, compliance activities, and risk management processes.

About You This role is responsible for coordinating facility services, managing contractor relationships, supporting workplace compliance, and delivering a positive employee and visitor experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Property Management, or a similar role.
- Robust organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Certificate III OR IV in Asset Maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems is desirable.

Desirable

- Qualification in Facilities Management, Property,



Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in commercial, corporate, healthcare, education, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of building services and maintenance management systems.
