Roadchill Freight Express seeks an experienced Depot Manager to lead operations at our Lismore depot, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance for a busy regional logistics site. You will oversee inbound/outbound freight, warehouse and yard activities while driving service excellence and cost control in a fast-paced setting.
You will manage a team, coach staff, monitor KPIs, uphold WHS standards and coordinate with drivers and subcontractors to maintain high service levels.
