Client Details An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading national organisation supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across Brisbane. This is a hands-on, multi-site position that combines facilities operations, contractor management, compliance and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard while supporting ongoing site upgrades, refurbishments and capital works projects.

Description

- Managing day-to-day facilities operations across multiple Brisbane sites
- Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Managing contractors, vendors and service providers
- Monitoring contractor performance against agreed service levels
- Supporting site upgrades, refurbishments and capital works projects
- Maintaining maintenance records, compliance documentation and asset registers
- Assisting with budgeting, invoice management and operational expenditure tracking
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Property,



Operations and Health & Safety teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Profile

- 5+ years experience in Facilities Management ( ideally multi site experience )
- Strong contractor and vendor management capability
- Knowledge of building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and security systems
- Experience managing maintenance programs and facilities compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

Job Offer

- 12 month contract with opportunity for permanency
- 95-100k + super
