About the role

We are a growing plastic recycling business based in Braeside looking for Factory Operators to join our team. This is a full-time afternoon shift position. Given the nature of the role, you will be physically fit and capable of manual duties including moderate lifting.

Key responsibilities

- Feeding recyclable plastic material onto machinery

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- General hand and yard duties as directed by shift manager

About you

- Good work ethic and a positive attitude

- Robust OH&S; mindset and willing to speak up

- Able to work autonomously and part of a team

- Continuous improvement mindset

- MUST Have Forklift License
