YOUR NEXT CHANCE STARTS HERE Skillinvest has an exciting opportunity available with a well-regarded farmer located in the Lubeck area, approximately 20 minutes east of Horsham.

This casual, part time position provides valuable support across general farm operations and maintenance activities. The role is ideally suited to a reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, takes initiative and can effectively manage their own workload with minimal supervision.

Hours are flexible and offered on an as-needed basis, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for supplementary work or a farming professional seeking a flexible role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Washing down and cleaning farm machinery and equipment
- Parking, storing and moving machinery around the yard and into sheds
- Loading trucks and assisting with grain movement around the property
- Carrying out routine machinery checks and basic maintenance
- Farm maintenance including fencing, grounds upkeep and general property maintenance
- Yard organisation, tree clean-up and keeping work areas tidy
- Identifying maintenance tasks and completing work safely and efficiently
- Supporting day-to-day farm operations as required

- Motivated,



reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage your own time, prioritise tasks and stay productive throughout the day
- Takes pride in their work and shows initiative when identifying jobs that need attention
- Responsible with a high level of care when operating and moving machinery
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- Flexible availability and able to work varying casual and seasonal hours
