We’re Hiring – Female Disability Support Worker

You will be supporting a participant to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Requires assistance with community particpation and domestic assistance

Support Hours:

- 8 hours per week
- Wednesday 0900-1300 hrs
- Thursday 1100- 1500
- Driver license is ESSENTIAL
- Location:- Huntingdale road, Chadstone

What We Are Looking For: ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting clients with complex health needs

✔ Able to work under pressure and manage complex behaviours

✔ Critical thinker with a positive attitude

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Knowledgeable in writing progress notes, documentation, and incident reporting

✔ Empathetic, calm, and emotionally mature





✔ Confidence in working independently and as part of a team

✔ Strong communication and qualified approach

✔ Reliability

Mandatory Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply (Mandatory)
- Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Current First Aid and CPR
- CV with 2 references
- Valid ABN
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Work Location: Chadstine Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
