About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate support worker who is committed to providing respectful, person-centred support and helping our participant maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

This position is specifically seeking a female support worker due to the participant’s individual support needs and preferences.

Essential Requirements

● NDIS Worker Screening Check

● Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

● Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

● Reliable vehicle

● Comprehensive car insurance

● National Police Check,



or willingness to obtain one

● Working With Children Check, if applicable

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Caring, reliable and professional attitude

● Ability to work respectfully and independently

Key Responsibilities

● Provide person-centred support based on the participant’s individual needs

● Assist with daily activities and community participation as required

● Promote independence, dignity and choice

● Build a positive and professional relationship with the participant

● Follow the participant’s support plan and relevant NDIS requirements

● Maintain qualified communication and appropriate documentation
