About the role: Newman FIFO. 12 days on, 9 days off ex-Perth, or 19:9 from any other capital city. Two weekends at home every R&R.;

$70–80/hr depending on experience.Paid fortnightly.

Accommodation in a shared house — not a camp. Own room, shared bathroom, proper kitchen and living area. Self-catered, so you cook what you actually want to eat.

Permanent full-time after probation which includes $70/day tax-free LAFHA

Key responsibilities:

- Commercial construction and fit-out
- Commercial maintenance
- Residential maintenance and renovations
- Residential new builds
- Solar, off-grid and renewable systems
- Working unsupervised across a wide-ranging workload

Most FIFO electrical work in the Pilbara is industrial maintenance on one client's site. Ours isn't. Newman is a small crew, which means more autonomy and more variety — you'll keep your commercial and domestic skills sharp instead of narrowing into one specialty you can't take anywhere else.

About you:





- Unrestricted A Grade WA Electrical Licence
- Manual driver's licence
- WA White Card
- First Aid / CPR
- Low Voltage Rescue
- Working at Heights
- 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
- Australian work rights

Nice to have: Cert II Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems, forklift ticket About us: Lite Force is an established electrical contractor based in Wedgefield, Port Hedland, servicing numerous contracts & clients in Newman and the greater East Pilbara. We do commercial and domestic work across the Pilbara — construction, maintenance & renewables.
