We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are interested in developing their careers in finance, accounting, and business administration.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily finance and accounting administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and financial documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Perform data entry and ensure financial information is recorded accurately.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction verification.
- Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain finance-related files and documentation.
- Assist with expense claims, reimbursements, and payment processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
- Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and external parties regarding finance-related matters.
- Ensure financial records and processes comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,



including basic formulas and data management.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop finance-related skills.
- Previous internship or administrative experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
