We work exclusively with business owners, delivering a full suite of funding solutions - unsecured business lending, property funding, asset finance and equipment finance. The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Commercial Finance Broker to join our team on Pirie Street. You'll manage your own portfolio of business clients end to end - understanding what they're trying to achieve, structuring the right finance solution, navigating lender policy, and getting deals settled quickly and cleanly. Because our clients are business owners, no two days look the same and the pace rarely lets up. That's exactly what makes the role rewarding.

You'll be set up and ready to go from day one, with the systems, lender panel and support already in place. What we need you to bring is the keenness to succeed and learn - the earnings follow from there.

About You The skills we're most interested in:

- A track record of hitting monthly targets (or similar performance measures) - this is the single strongest indicator of success in this role
- Sales experience and genuine sales ability - you know how to build rapport, uncover a need and close
- Strong workflow and pipeline management - you can hold multiple deals at different stages without dropping any of them

We'd also like to see:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal




- Robust attention to detail - accuracy matters as much as speed here
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organised under pressure
- Resilience, proactivity and a real appetite to learn
- Ambition to build a long-term career in commercial finance

Direct commercial broking experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite. If you've come from another sales environment and you've consistently performed against a number, we want to hear from you.

The Earnings

This is a commission-only role. Our brokers are on track to earn $144k+, and there's no cap - write more, earn more. High performers are recognised with additional bonuses on top.
