As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our customers find the right finance and insurance solutions to get them on the road, confidently and quickly
About the role
As our Finance and Insurance Consultant, you'll be responsible for offering tailored finance and insurance solutions to our customers while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration, build strong lender relationships, and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Offer and sell a range of finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle buyers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and privacy obligations
- Work collaboratively with sales consultants to identify opportunities and close deals
- Maintain relationships with finance partners and insurance providers
- Accurately prepare and submit loan applications and F&I; paperwork
- Achieve monthly F&I; targets and contribute to overall dealership profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, every time
About you
- Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or a similar role in the finance industry is preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- A passion for the automotive industry and a customer-first mindset
