Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager / Finance Director to oversee financial management, planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strengthening financial controls, and providing insights that support business growth and long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial statements and management reports, monitoring cash flow and financial performance, managing financial controls and compliance, and supporting business planning and investment decisions. The role also involves analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities, optimizing financial processes, and partnering with senior leadership to drive sustainable business performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.




- Professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls, and corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting or ERP systems.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to translate financial information into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
