About the role

Geovert is continuing to grow globally, and we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee our finance function across Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, compliance and financial planning. You'll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, providing financial insight and commercial advice while driving improvements across our financial systems, processes and controls.

In this role, you'll:

- Lead day-to-day finance operations and reporting across multiple international entities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, financial planning and monthly performance reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.
- Ensure strong financial governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting and tax compliance with external advisors.
- Drive improvements across financial systems, processes and reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and commercial advice to senior management.

About you

You're an experienced finance qualified who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking and enjoys partnering with the wider business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience as a Finance Manager,



Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
- Strong experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Experience working across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, governance and internal controls.
- Strong Excel and financial systems capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining or another project-based environment will be highly regarded.
