Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
- Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, payroll oversight.
- Oversee an accounts payable and receivable staff.
- General ledger management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Xero financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Odoo ERP Software preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a small team.
