Introduction
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer on a permanent full time basis for a recognised NFP Organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

You will report to the Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Entering invoices in the system
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
- Validation of invoices and subcontractor reconciliations
- Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
- Vendor and supplier reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
- 4 years in the accounting domain
- Analytic approach,
problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
- ORACLE experience is PREFERRED
- Coming for a telecommunication background is preferred
- Having a proactive and steady approach
