Finance@work Pty Ltd is looking for a Financial Services Officer to join our fun, supportive and close-knit team on a 12 month contract role. You'll be experiencing all aspects of the equipment finance process to gain a thorough understanding of our industry.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage multiple transactions & delivering high quality customer service
- Handle calls from clients, vendors, third parties & underwriters
- Provide quotes and oversee customer leads through the application process
- Prepare documentation and progress transaction to settlement
- Collect & Verify documents with underwriters policies to ensure settlement and AML/KYC conditions are satisfied
- Work closely with the Sales Team
Skills & attributes:
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
- Exceptional customer service, relationship & rapport building skills with a range of stakeholders
- Time management, multitasking & prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in the finance industry is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Desire to continually learn & grow
