About this opportunity:

- Support the design and development of Aje Athletica & Studio collections, combining performance-focused innovation with the brand’s signature aesthetic
- Research market trends, consumer preferences and emerging trends to inform design decisions
- Create mood boards, colour palettes,



and sketches to develop innovative and cohesive collection concepts
- Support in creating innovative, functional products that delight and engage customers
- Create and maintain tech packs and critical style information including CADs and coversheets, clearly communicating all design, fit, trim, technical construction and finishing details to suppliers
- Work closely with Production and Garment Tech teams to ensure samples meet quality, fit and performance standards
- Provide detailed technical specifications and support fittings to ensure designs are accurately translated into final product
