Access Telehealth is seeking an experienced Registered/Enrolled Nurse to support our after-hours clinical triage service. This highly autonomous role requires robust clinical knowledge and the confidence to assess and prioritise resident care needs independently while working remotely from Australia.
You will triage requests from Residential Aged Care Homes, determine urgency, coordinate medical review pathways, and escalate where needed.
