Ecocycle, located in Kwinana Beach, is an established, progressive, forward-thinking company providing a range of battery in devices recycling solutions for industry, with sites across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for full-time employee to fulfil the above positions with an immediate start. This is a full-time position for a reliable and hardworking candidate. This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a strong labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a industrial environment.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced yard hand to join our team at our Kwinana Beach Site. In this full time role, you will be required to undertake all tasks in a safe and timely manner, working well within a small team. Our operating hours are 07:00 – 15:30,



overtime and overnight stays may also be required and the rate of pay is $32ph.

What you'll be doing

- Sorting batteries into their specific chemistries

- Processing electronic waste

- Bailing a variety of materials

- Operating a forklift for general tasks as well as loading and unloading trucks

- When required, completing battery runs

- When required, completing regional battery runs and overnight stays

What we're looking for

- A valid forklift and driver’s license

- Knowledge of safe driving practices

- The ability to identify tasks using their own initiative and work independently

- Reasonable level of fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items

- Excellent customer service skills

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Basic IT and computer skills

- Well presented

- Excellent teamwork skills
