The Opportunity

Our client is growing quickly to match increasing demand from its partnered superannuation funds. As part of this growth, Intrafund Adviser roles are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane offices.

As an Intrafund Adviser, you will bring an altruistic approach to Financial Advice by providing a people-first, and advice-driven approach to phone-based client conversations. Providing accessible financial advice is the purpose of this team, and this is an opportunity for an empathetic Adviser to join a difference-making organisation.

There are no revenue-driven targets in this role, and success is instead measured by the quality and quantity of advice conversations. Similarly,



the team enjoys flexibility in their work arrangement with 5 working-from-home days per fortnight.

The Role

- Conduct multiple phone-based scoped advice conversations each day
- Guide members across insurance, investment, and retirement options within their aligned superannuation fund.
- Break down technical superannuation strategies into clear, actionable guidance
- Collaborate closely with internal paraplanning, compliance, and technical teams
- Uphold solid compliance and documentation standards

About You

- ASIC-registered Financial Adviser
- Passionate about improving client outcomes and simplifying financial literacy
- Driven by a desire to improve access to financial advice, and cover a broad client demographic
- Excellent phone-manner and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge across superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning
