Role Description The Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level) will support financial planning and analysis activities to help The Avenair maintain its luxury living standards and operational efficiency. This part-time role is based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home alongside on-site collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in preparing financial reports, reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The analyst will help track key financial metrics, analyze variances, and provide basic insights to support decision-making. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision support.




- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to support accurate documentation and compliance.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial modeling (e.g., Excel or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Interest in real estate, property management, or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
