Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors across all scopes.
- Manage sequencing, inspections, and defect rectification to meet program deadlines.
- Maintain premium quality and attention to architectural details.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly.
- Enforce WHS standards and ensure consistent site compliance.

About You

- Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes, sequencing,



and quality control.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple trades.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively.
- WA-based experience and full Australian working rights essential.
