About the role
Opportunities available with a fast-growing nationally based engineering company that services the heavy industry, rail, mining, wind and water sectors. Factory roles based at Dingley or Dandenong South sites.
Role requirements
- Bearing replacement
- Pump repairs and overhauls
- Rail trolley maintenance
- Gearbox and seal replacement
- Shaft and coupling repairs
- Breakdown and preventative maintenance
- Mechanical fault-finding
- Manual lathe and milling
About you
- Competent Mechanical Fitter
- Experience in an engineering workshop environment
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Confident using manual machinery
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
