Carmine & Co is a traditional Italian fine dining restaurant in the heart of Port Adelaide, established over 50 years ago. We are looking for experienced, fun, and confident candidates to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Work Wednesday – Sunday nights, with lunch service on Fridays and some Sundays. Weekend work required.
- Providing friendly, skilled and attentive customer service to all guests.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with Carmine & Co. service standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable dining, service and work area.
- Assisting with setting and resetting tables before, during and after service.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety procedures.
- Handling cash and customer payments responsibly where applicable.
- Assisting with functions, private events and large group bookings as required.
- Following reasonable directions and instructions from management.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the restaurant's uniform and grooming standards.
About you
- RSA, bar & barista experience preferred
