Social Media & Creative Assistant — Casual/Part-Time Opportunity

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creative Assistant to join our growing events and styling business

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organised, hands-on and passionate about social media, events and content creation.

The main focus will be managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content and helping showcase our work - with plenty of opportunity to build an impressive portfolio through real weddings, events, styling projects and behind-the-scenes content.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing and assisting with our social media accounts
- Creating Reels, TikToks, stories and other engaging content
- Filming and capturing behind-the-scenes content at events
- Content planning and scheduling
- Assisting with photography/video content
- Helping develop creative ideas and social media strategies
- Preparing content calendars
- General admin and scheduling
- Assisting with event preparation, including preparing florals and floral foam
- Stock organisation, fixing and maintenance
- Packing and preparing styling items for upcoming events




- General assistance wherever needed across the business

What we’re looking for:
- Creative eye and strong sense of aesthetics
- Confident with Instagram, TikTok and social media trends
- Comfortable filming and creating content
- Organised and reliable
- Someone who takes initiative and is happy to get hands-on
- Interest in weddings, events, styling, fashion or content creation
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar programs is a bonus

Previous social media/content experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right person This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio and gain real industry experience, with access to a wide range of content, events and creative projects.
