We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You'll be the face of our venue, delivering great service to guests across our floor and bar, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders with a friendly, professional manner
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, including basic bar service
- Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and well-presented dining area
- Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions
- Supporting kitchen and bar staff during service to keep things running smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards
- Assisting with opening/closing duties as required
What we're looking for
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred but not essential — a great attitude matters most
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and as part of a team
- Availability across weekends, evenings, and public holidays (casual roster)
- Current Food Safety/Food Handling certificate is a plus
