Offering breakfast every day & dinner Tuesday to Saturday, our A la Carte menu showcases outstanding produce from the many primary producers in our home region of Daylesford & the Macedon Ranges.

The dining room at the Mineral Springs Hotel has been a Hepburn institution since the 1930s when the building first welcomed guests.

We are searching for a Food & Beverage attendant with excellent communication skills and a passion for good food & wine.

About you:

- Proactive, highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
- Robust focus on guest and team relations. Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily




- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly – be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
- Display high energy levels and demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
- Be good team player; be punctual and courteous, contribute to and assist co-workers without being asked

Job Type: Casual Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
