Description
We’re building an energetic and passionate Food & Beverage Team and are looking for hospitality professionals who love creating memorable guest experiences. As part of our opening team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the service culture of one of Margaret River’s most iconic hospitality venues.

Additional Requirements:
Bartenders
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience preparing a wide range of classic cocktails • Well developed knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and premium beverage offerings • Ability to maintain consistency, quality and efficiency during busy service periods
Duty Managers
- Current Approved Manager certification (or ability to obtain) • Previous leadership experience in hospitality • Strong understanding of service standards, compliance and team management
