About the role

Farmfresh Fine Foods, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Food Production Operators to join our team in the Bundaberg & Wide Bay Burnett region of Queensland. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our diverse range of food products.

What you'll be doing

- Operate various food processing equipment and machinery to prepare, manufacture, and package a variety of vegetable products

- Adhere to strict quality control, GMP, WHS and food safety protocols throughout the production process

- Food safety training will be provided on-site to ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations

- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas

- Participate in pre-operational checks, cleaning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Identify and report production, safety, or quality issues to supervisors

- Complete production paperwork and basic production records accurately

- Collaborate with team members to support efficient day-to-day production operations

- Perform other duties as required to support the overall efficiency of the production facility

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar food production or manufacturing role





- Experience in any manufacturing environment including food production, general manufacturing, or related industrial operations

- Robust mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various production equipment

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and food safety

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible and adaptable to changing production requirements and schedules

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and manual handling

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential
