Our recruitment process

We know it takes time to apply for a new role, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to join our team. We will schedule an interview to provide you with insight into the role and learn more about you. Collectively we’ll determine if we are a good fit for each other.

If successful, a second interview is typically arranged, during which we may require additional assessments or preparation.

To conclude the process, we’ll maintain communication with you, conduct reference checks, and prepare your offer to join the Mainbrace family!

Foreman

We’re looking for a Foremen to join our construction team, responsible for coordinating and leading site activities, either on smaller standalone projects or specific portions of larger projects. Their primary objectives include ensuring timely completion of work, maintaining required quality standards, and fostering a safe working environment.
