Unite Resourcing is seeking an experienced Foreman – Stabiliser / Spreader Operator for upcoming civil and road construction projects across WA.

This chance is with a well-established Tier 1 civil contractor, offering the chance to work across major infrastructure and roadworks projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Foreman who has strong experience operating stabilisers and cement spreaders, while also being confident leading crews and coordinating daily site activities.

You will be responsible for supervising stabilisation works, supporting production targets, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, and operating machinery when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate stabilisation and pavement crews
- Operate stabilisers and cement spreaders
- Oversee cement spreading, mixing and ground stabilisation activities
- Coordinate daily work fronts, plant and personnel
- Ensure works meet project specifications and quality requirements
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site safety checks
- Liaise with supervisors, engineers and other site personnel
- Maintain strong safety, productivity and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience with stabilisers and cement spreaders
- Previous Foreman, Supervisor or Leading Hand experience
- Strong civil construction, roadworks or pavement experience




- Relevant machinery tickets / VOCs
- White Card
- HC Drivers Licence - Mandatory
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Ability to lead crews and work effectively in fast-paced project environments
- Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol screening
