Due to Sealy’s continued success and growth, there is now an exciting prospect to join our Components Division, located in Brisbane, as a Forklift Driver.
The Role The role involves loading and unloading trucks and containers, as well as some other logistical and manual tasks. You must be a responsible individual with experience operating Forklifts. A MR/HR license is an advantage, but not essential, as we also operate onsite trucks.
Other aspects of the role include:
- General logistical duties
- Involvement in certain aspects of the company's Continuous Improvement program.
- Ensure all WH&S; obligations are met.
The Candidate The successful applicant will:
- Hold a current forklift license.
- Have previously worked in the Despatch area of a national company.
- Be a responsible individual with experience in the operation of Forklifts.
- Have attention to detail and familiarity with Forklift equipment
- Have sound knowledge and appreciation of WH&S.;
- Have effective communication skills both verbal and written.
