X-Form WA is growing and we're looking for good, reliable people to join our team.

We currently have a strong pipeline of high-end residential, multi-storey and commercial projects across Perth, with ongoing work available for the right people.

We're not looking to just fill numbers — we're looking for people who turn up, work well as part of a team and take pride in what they do.

Full-time opportunities and ongoing training are available to the right candidates.

FORMWORK CARPENTERS

We're looking for experienced carpenters who have:

- Strong knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Current Construction White Card
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Full Australian working rights
- Reliable transport and a robust work ethic

Desirable tickets: SB, RI, DG, EWP and Working at Heights.

These tickets are an advantage but not essential.

HAMMER HANDS / LABOURERS

Experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. We're looking for people who:

- Are willing to assist our formwork carpenters and learn the trade
- Turn up on time and are consistently reliable
- Hold a current Construction White Card




- Can work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Take safety and site housekeeping seriously
- Want the opportunity to learn and progress

Training and opportunities to move up within X-Form are available to people who put in the effort.

CONCRETERS

We're looking for experienced concreters who can:

- Place and finish concrete to a high standard
- Work on slabs, walls, columns and stairs
- Look after concrete tools and equipment
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Assist with the erection and dismantling of formwork when required

Applicants must hold a current Construction White Card and be reliable.
