FREEZER PICKERS & FORKLIFT OPERATORS | PENDLE HILL

Join a leading poultry manufacturing facility and be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team! We are currently seeking Pickers and Experienced Forklift Operators to work in a FREEZER environment (-18°C) across multiple shifts.

All Roles Based in Cool Room and Freezer (-18°C)

Available Shifts

- 5:00 AM – Forklift Operator
- 5:00 AM – Picker

Pay Rates

- Starting from $32/hour (Pickers)
- From $38.29/hour (Forklift Operators)
- Monday to Friday roster
- Opportunity to transition to permanent employment

Key Responsibilities

- Order picking using RF scanners
- Preparing stock for dispatch and deliveries
- Receivals and unloading trucks
- Forklift operation (high reach, counterbalance & double deep for forklift roles)
- Working in a freezer environment (-18°C)

Requirements

- Valid LF Forklift Licence & experience (forklift roles)
- Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred
- RF scanning and pick pack experience
- Physically fit and reliable
- Comfortable working in freezer conditions (-18°C)
- Must not have birds, pigs, or chickens at home (strict quarantine requirement)
