We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw data into helpful business insights. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with numbers, discovering patterns, and learning how data can support better decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
- Clean datasets and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal teams.
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify useful business insights.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from different departments.
- Perform basic data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate datasets, reports, and analytical documentation.
- Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business questions and analytical needs.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or similar tools.
- Exposure to Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly.
